EMERGENCY PROTOCOL
Emergencies are seen on a triage basis
Though we work on an appointment basis and generally run on time, if you are a pre-existing client and you feel your pet is having an emergency, we will always see you.
Emergencies are seen on a triage basis, meaning the most critical will always be seen first. Clients generally appreciate this policy when their own pet is in a crisis.
For an acute emergency after hours please proceed directly to the nearest animal emergency hospital. A call while in transit would be advised.
